Stork Nests in Żywkowo

The best-known of Poland's stork villages, right by the Russian border. About 160 white storks nest here in more than 40 nests, most of them on the Polish Society for the Protection of Birds farm. The best time to come is from spring to the end of summer, when the storks are in their nests.
