Cathedral of the Assumption in Płock
Cathedrals of Poland
One of the five oldest cathedrals in Poland, first built in the late 11th century on Tumskie Hill, 60 m above the Vistula. It is a burial place of Polish rulers and owes its present Renaissance form to a 16th-century rebuilding.
