History
Krowoderski Park lies in Prądnik Biały and covers 8.63 ha. It is bounded by Opolska Street, Batalionu "Skała" AK Street, Łokietka Street, Makowskiego Street and Palacha Street, and Łokietka Street divides it into two parts. It was given its name by a resolution of Kraków City Council in June 1998. Here you will find the PKS Jadwiga pitch, which used to belong to KS Krowodrza, several smaller pitches, street workout equipment, a playground and a dog run. In winter many visitors are drawn by the sledging hill, which is protected on the Opolska Street side by tyres, netting and shrubs.
